Ashleigh Stevenson

R.A.D, D.M.A, IMP,  ADVMAT, Total Barre

 

 Ashleigh has always had a passion for The Arts and Movement.  From the age of 3 her dance career began in Brampton, Ontario Canada. With more than 30 years of dance experience and competitive awards, she has created a name for herself in the industry as a certified Ballet, Jazz, and Acrobatics teacher.  Ashleigh was introduced to Pilates through her dance career.  The discipline, guidance, and muscular strength utilized in Pilates techniques inspired her to expand her training into a certification. Ashleigh is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has completed her essential, intermediate and advanced mat course. Utilizing her understanding of safety and good health in her Pilates practice, Ashleigh is committed to helping her clients achieve their personal goals through their Pilates journey.

    Mondays: 4:30pm-5:30pm(SEMI-PRIVATES ONLY) (Max 2 clients)

Tuesdays: 9:30am-2:30pm

Wednesdays: 5:00pm-6:00pm

 Thursdays: 9:30am - 2:30pm

Fridays: 1:00pm-3:00pm
